WE ARE A NON-PROFIT ANIMAL RESCUE
STEP 1
Fill out our application.
STEP 2
You will be contacted via email or phone by a Volunteer of Pawing My Way Home Rescue. They will then schedule an initial phone screening to further discuss your application.
STEP 3
Your adoption coordinator will also conduct any required inspection and checks, including veterinary check to ensure your pets are up to date on their medical needs, a landlord check if you rent and a home visit-during which a knowledgeable volunteer will meet with all the residents of you home to identify any risks or items to monitor when your new pet arrives and ensure that everyone is ready to welcome them home!
STEP 4
After the proper inspections, you will either be approved to adopt the dog that you are interested in or pre-approved and matched with one of our available dogs. You can see our available dogs on page or you can also come to one of our upcoming events. If we don’t have the breed or size you are looking for, we can work with our shelter partners to find one.
